South Korean K-pop group BTS dropped Thursday night their fifth Korean-language album, and their second album of the year, after dropping “Map of the Soul 7” in February.

BTS released their highly-anticipated new album "BE (Deluxe Edition)", which features eight songs, including the hit song "Dynamite" and lead single "Life Goes On," as well as "Fly to My Room", "Blue & Grey", "Skit", "Telepathy", "Dis-ease", and "Stay".

The K-pop group explores the emotions and ruminations they experienced throughout the year, according to a press release.

The album's title, means in an abstract form, "to be" or "existence,".

BTS streamed a live countdown to the album release, half an hour before midnight, and took turns to answer fans’ questions as well as to thank their supporters and followers, the BTS Army, worldwide.

Following the countdown’s conclusion, the band unveiled the music video for album opener, "Life Goes On", which was directed by band member Jeon Jung-kook.

The footage showed BTS going through their morning routine, enjoying time with each other, and eventually performing in an empty stadium.
