The Sultanate of Oman announced on Tuesday registering the first case of mutated Coronavirus, according to MTV.
On Monday, Oman has inoculated up to 7,600 people with COVID-19 vaccines, and has not received any report of side effects from those who received them, health secretary Ahmed Mohammed said.
There was a large turnout of citizens and residents wishing to get the vaccine on the eighth day of the immunization campaign that kicked off last Sunday, state news agency ONA reported, quoting the health chief.
The Sultanate topped a total of 127 countries in the management of immunizations, Al-Sa’eedi added.
