Egyptian superstar, Bahaa Sultan and producer Nasr Mahrous have finally reconciled.
The pair had cleared the bad blood between them after they appeared Monday on veteran actress and TV presenter, Esaad Younis's “Sahebat Al-Saada” program broadcast on “DMC” satellite Channel.

Younis succeeded in bringing them together on her show during which Mahrous officially declared ending his monopoly on Sultan, which lasted for eight years.
"I absolve Baha Sultan of any obligation and he has the right to sign a contract with any other company," he stated.
Mahrous explained the motive behind this was "tolerance", and announced his constant readiness to provide aid to Sultan, both artistically and humanely, and signed an acquittal certificate.
He added the reason for the failure of the reconciliation in previous times was the necessity of adhering to contracts.
In 2014, Sultan and Mahrous turned into frenemies over differences on the album "Sigara" (Cigarette), which was considered the last album in the contract signed between Sultan and Mahrous that year.
Mahrous did not release it until after Sultan signed a new annex contract that guaranteed his monopoly for life.
Later on, the producer accused the superstar of not recording the album's songs and asked him to pay a $2.5 million penalty clause.
Mahrous stopped producing the rest of the album, and problems between them reached the courts and halted any artistic work by Sultan from coming to the light and kept him away from the entertainment scene for many years.
The pair have traded accusations. Sultan accused Mahrous of not releasing the album that had already been recorded, while the latter claimed Sultan did not record any songs nor did he pay Mahrous his money.
In April 2017, the superstar made his first media appearance with Younis during which he talked about many topics including his ongoing problems with Mahrous.
Younis launched an appeal through her program to resolve the crisis and to end the dispute that suspended Sultan from singing. Mahrous obliged the request on January 1, 2021.
The reconciliation culminated in the release of songs from "Sigara".
