Antiquities Min. Inspects Ministry HQs, Museum at New Capital City

Tourism and Antiquities Minister Dr. Khaled El Enani inspected the latest updates of the new administrative building of the ministry, and the museum of the New Administrative Capital yesterday.

Enani was accompanied by the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiques Dr. Mostafa Waziri, the head of the high committee of exhibition scenario Dr. Ali Omar, among other officials.

The tour included checking the different constructional works of the ministry’s building in addition to checking the final touches of the museum before its forthcoming opening.

Moreover, El Enani expressed his remarks regarding the exhibition scenario. In addition, he recommended adding more artifacts representing various periods of ancient Egyptian history and he asserted the importance of following the scheduled date.

The museum of the New Administrative Capital is designed to display the history of the ancient capitals of Egypt such as Alexandria, Cairo, and Fustat.

Furthermore, it exhibits various scenes imitating life in Egypt in different periods.
