Dr. Akram El Adawy, gynecologist and treating doctor of Angham, has shared a new update on her health after her sudden health scare.

In a phone-in with the "DMC" TV Channel, he stated that they allowed her to leave the hospital on Tuesday, however, she asked to stay for another day until her health condition stabilizes.

"She returned to her normal condition and is healing. She can resume her artistic activity as there is nothing that prevents her from doing so," El Adawy added.

On November 24, the acclaimed singer was hospitalized following a sudden health scare, forcing her to postpone gigs.

Angham, born on January 19, 1972, is one of the most distinguished singers in the Middle East.

She began performing as a child, heralding the birth of a new musical generation.

The acclaimed singer made her debut in 1987 under the guidance of her father, prominent Egyptian musician Mohamed Aly Suleiman. Angham performed in public during Cairo’s Radio syndicate ceremony for the first time, as they were looking for new voices to artistically adopt them.

She has released several albums the first of which was released in 1987. Her hit song called “La Lei Lei La Lei” has brought her much fame.
