Moroccan reports on Sunday said that Al Ahly hated referee Bakary Gassama would officiate the Red Devils' first leg at the CAF Champions League against Morocco's Wydad.
Al Ahly qualified to semi-finals after thrashing Sundowns 3-1 on aggregate in the quarter finals.
On the other hand, Wydad, the last year runner-up, qualified for the semi-finals after defeating Étoile du Sahel 2-1 on aggregate.
The first leg of the last four round is set to take place on October 17 or 18 in Morocco, whereas the second leg will be held on October 23 or 24 in Egypt.
The final is set to take place in the 6th November.
