Ain Shams University, UEL cooperate for qualifying graduates

Dr. Ayman Ashour, the dean of the Faculty of Engineering Ain Shams University, said on Tuesday that there is a current cooperation between the university and University of East London (UEL) to qualify the graduates in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation.

In statements to SEE, Ashour noted that a workshop had been organized between the teaching staff of the architecture section of the two universities to train the students in entrepreneurship for the sustainable development domain.

Vice President of UEL Dr. Hassan Abdullah and Dr. Heba Al Sharkawki, a professor at UEL, attended the workshop.

"The coming period will witness more cooperation with international universities for training the students and qualifying them for the labor market inside and abroad," Ashour added.

"The faculty provides 11 programs by credit hours including construction engineering, materials engineering, energy engineering, communication systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechatronics engineering, environmental engineering, computer systems engineering and civil engineering," he pointed out.
