Ahmed Hatem Lands Next TV Role

Egyptian actor Ahmed Hatem has signed up to star in a new TV series consisting of 10 episodes. 

Hatem made his last appearance on the small screen in the 2022 TV series “Ana W Heya”.

“Ana W Heya” consists of 15 episodes. It also starred Hannah El Zahed, Ashraf Abdil Baky, Mirhan Hussein, Arfa Abdel Rassoul, and others.

The rom-com series is penned by Mostafa Hamdy and directed by Sameh Abdel Aziz.

Hatem will be seen next in the film "Hassan Al Masry".

The cast also includes Diamand Bou Abboud, Lina Ben Hamman, Mourad Makram, Feriel Graja, and others.

It is helmed by Lebanese director Samir Habashi from a script by Samar Taher and story by Nora Labib.

The action film features Hatem portraying Hassan, an Egyptian-born citizen living in Lebanon, who suffers an accident and finds aid from Joel (Diamand Bou Abboud), an old friend and owner of a security company.

"Hassan Al Masry" premieres in theatres on October 4.

Hatem, born on December 25, 1987, made his acting debut in the 2006 film "Awqat Faragh".

Other notable film credits include "El Kenz" (2017), "El Haram El Rabea" (2016), "Qeset Hob" (2019), "El Ghassala" (2020), "Arousty" (2021), and "Qamar 14" (2022).
