Suez Stadium is getting ready for group E matches of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
It will host the matches of Group (E), which includes Tunisia, Mali, Mauritania, and Angola. The stadium, with its capacity of 27,000, was inaugurated in 1990.
On Monday, June 24, group E teams will begin their mission in the showpiece tournament.
Suez Stadium surroundings witnessed an intensive security presence since the early hours of Saturday. Besides, General Mohammad Gad, Director of Security in Suez visited the stadium to find out the latest security preparations.
Group E matches:
The first match of this group will be between Tunisia and Angola on Monday, June 24 at 19:00 pm CLT, while Mali will Mauritania on the same day at 22:00 pm CLT.
It is worth mentioning that Egypt has dedicated six stadiums to host this memorable event. The stadiums are as follows: Cairo, Air Defense, AL-Salam, Alexandria, Suez, and Ismailia.
How to get the stadium:
It is located in Suez. If you are in Cairo, you will take a train heading to Suez from Ramses Station or take a bus heading to Suez. On the other hand, if you are in Suez, you can take a taxi or a bus heading to the stadium.
