Prominent Egyptian actor, Abdel Rahman Abou Zahra had recovered from the coronavirus.
Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abou Zahra, the actor's son, announced Saturday the news on Facebook along with a photo of them together inside a car.
He added that his father had left the isolation hospital.
Last Sunday, the acclaimed actor was transferred to the isolation Hospital in the Agouza after experiencing shortness of breath caused by his infection.
Many celebrities and public figures have tested positive for the coronavirus recently including Ali Badrakhan, Ahmed Hatem, Faia Younan, Maha Al Sagheer, Tamer Habib, and Lamis El Hadidy.
