Four more senior advisers in the US National Security Council resigned today, Friday, following the storming of the U.S. Capitol by supporters of President Donald Trump.
A senior US administration official said, according to the American (Al Hurra) channel, that the mass resignation comes within the framework of an increasing series of resignations of Trump’s aides.
The four advisors who resigned recently are : (aides, were: Erin Walsh, senior director for African affairs; Mark Vandroff, senior director for defense policy; Anthony Rugierro, senior director for weapons of mass destruction; and Rob Greenway, senior director for Middle Eastern and North African affairs).
