Zinedine Zidane denied the latest reports that linked him with Bayern Munich to be their next manager after being asked about a potential return to management at the weekend's Miami Grand Prix, Daily Mail reported on Sunday.

Zidane is out of management since leaving Real Madrid two years ago following a second spell at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Zidane previously stated he will return to the his coaching career at some stage in the future. He has been constantly linked with Manchester United, Bayern Munich, PSG and the French national team. Therefore, he clarified his situation regarding all those links while being interviewed at the Miami racetrack.

He said: "No [I'm not joining Bayern]. I'm going to watch the game."

Tuchel and Bayern agreed to part ways at the end of the season due to the latest questioned performance of the German club team, especially after losing the title of the Bundesliga to the skyrocket rising Xabi Alonso's Bayern Leverkusen.

Tuchel, who won the Champions League as Chelsea coach in 2021, led Bayern through to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League this season, having a 2-2 draw with the Spanish giants Real Madrid on Wednesday in the first leg in Munich.
