On Monday, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a video speech that the Russian troops have reached their maximum combat strength in Donbas in western Ukraine.
Zelenskyy added that the Russian troops are trying to gather overwhelming forces to put pressure on the Ukrainian forces, pointing out the cities of Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Sloviansk, as the main targets of the Russian army in the region.
He explained that there was also shelling in the city of Kharkiv, and in the Sumy region, northeastern the country.
