Zamalek will miss left back Ahmed Fatouh during their upcoming match against Enppi in the Egyptian League.
The match will take place on Wednesday for the 19:00 kick-off.
Fatouh was replaced during Al Ahly clash in the Egyptian Super Cup against Al Ahly.
Zamalek had lost the Super Cup title to Al Ahly on Friday.
