Zamalek ended their 17-year wait for a CAF Super Cup title by defeating Espérance Sportive de Tunis 2-1 in Qatar to claim the trophy for the fourth time in their history.

Obama gave the White Knights the early lead after only two minutes when Abdel El Shafy swung a well-played cross into the box where the Whites' forward planted a powerful header into the net.

Abdelraouf Benguit leveled the scoring in the 52nd minute when he converted from a penalty spot after he stepped up sending Abu Gabel the wrong way.

Six Minutes later, Zamalek midfielder Ashraf Bencharki received a ball from the Tunisian side's midfielders as he moved on toward the penalty area and unleashed a low right-foot shot into the far left post.

Bencharki sealed the victory in the injury time when he scored the third goal for the White Knights.
