Wydad Delegation to Arrive in Cairo Tonight ahead of Al Ahly Clash

Wydad AC'S football team will arrive in Cairo, today, ahead of meeting Al Ahly in the first leg of the CAF Champions League final, June 4.

The Moroccan team will face Al Ahly at Cairo International Stadium, while the second leg of the final will take place on June 11.

Al Ahly reached a new milestone, after reaching the final of the CAF Champions League for the 16th time in history, and the fourth in a row.

Al Ahly defeated ES Tunis 1-0 in the away game for the CAF Champions League semi-final's second leg. The game was hosted at Cairo International Stadium.

Hussein El Shaht scored the match's only goal, to reach the total score of the two games 4-0 for Al Ahly.

On the other hand, Wydad reached the final of the African championship after having 2-2 draw in both games with Mamelodi Sundowns.
