The merging of UFC and WWE is completed, Endeavor and WWE announced on Tuesday.
The two entities will create TKO Group Holdings, and the new company's shares are officially enlisted at New York index.
It is hoped that UFC and WWE together will become stronger than they could be separately.
TKO together boasted more than 1 billion fans around the world, reaching the audience in 180 countries, and producing more than 350 annual live events, according to the newly-formed company.
Endeavor holds a 51% controlling interest in the new company and while WWE shareholders hold a 49% interest on a fully diluted basis.
The celebration of announcing the new company was attended by the CEO of TKO Ariel Emanuel, Executive Director and the former owner of the WWE Vince McMahon, WWE President Nick Khan, UFC President Dana White, and WWE's Creative Chief Triple H, and WWE Superstars Montez Fore and Bianca Blair.
