WWE superstar and former WWE Champion Big E shocked the fans of pro wrestling after teasing his retirement.
Big E talked to reports on the sidelines of the media rounds of Detroit, ahead of SummerSlam, the biggest summer Premium Live Event (PLE) in the pro wrestling industry.
Nick Hausman from Haus of Wrestling asked the New Day member about his return to action, and to the ring once again.
However, Big E tells Hausman that doctors advised him not to wrestle again for his own safety and life.

He added that he may be interested in doing commentary for WWE, but until now, there are no plans for such a step.
The WWE superstar asserted that he wants to live a long and pain-free life.
Last year, Big E sustained a neck injury during a SmackDown episode that was aired on March 11, 2022.
Big E was having a contest against Ridge Holland, shortly, Holland was suplexing the other superstar, suddenly, he executed the movement with a wrong technique which caused the injury to the former WWE Champion.
Later on, WWE announced that the former world champion suffered from a broken neck.
