WWE has initiated a major round of roster cuts shortly after WrestleMania 42, releasing several wrestlers just days after its flagship show in Las Vegas.

The wave of departures began on April 24 and marks one of the largest post-WrestleMania shake-ups in recent years. While roster changes are common after major events, WWE typically carries out broader releases once a year rather than in multiple phases.

Among those released are members of the Wyatt Sicks faction, which was created in tribute to the late Bray Wyatt.

The group included Bo Dallas, who performed under the name Uncle Howdy as part of a storyline honoring Wyatt’s legacy.

Nikki Cross also confirmed her departure after nearly a decade with the company, sharing a message of gratitude and expressing excitement for the next stage of her career.

Other reported releases include Kairi Sane, Aleister Black, and Zelina Vega, along with several talents across different divisions.

The changes follow WrestleMania 42, WWE’s biggest annual event, which often signals the beginning of a new creative and business cycle.

Post-event roster adjustments are typically used to reshape storylines, manage contracts, and redefine long-term talent direction.

WWE has not provided a detailed public explanation for the scope of these releases, but the moves suggest a broader restructuring phase as the company prepares for a new season of programming.
