A new match was added to the card of WWE's upcoming PLE, Crown Jewel, which will be hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on November 4.
During the latest episode of Monday Night Raw (16 October 2023), the match between the Women's World Heavyweight Champion Rhea Ripley and Shayna Baszler ended with a DQ after Zoey Starks involved herself in the match.
After that, Nia Jax, and Raquel Rodriguez joined the attack.
Ripley complained to the Raw General Manager Adam Pearce, asking for a chance to control the division, to set a 5-way match for Crown Jewel as the five ladies will collide against each other for the Women's World Heavyweight Championship.
Crown Jewel will take place in Riyadh as part of the Riyadh Season's activities and LA Knight, John Cena, and Roman Reigns were advertized for the event.
A match was set for the event as Seth Rollins will defend his title against Drew McIntyre.
It is expected that Rey Mysterio will defend his US title against Logan Paul in the event.
