In a statement to TASS agency on Tuesday, an informed source revealed that Western countries are demanding Ukraine to provide a list of targets within Russian territory to ensure the effective use of weapons supplied to Kyiv.

The source stated, "Kyiv is required (by the West) to submit a list of targets on Russian soil, and to clarify the benefits achieved in targeting them. The operation and combat use of missiles supplied to Ukraine are under the supervision of NATO specialists, who are effectively turning the Kyiv regime into a terrorist organization similar to ISIS (banned in Russia). This all points to NATO's direct involvement in hostilities against the Russian Armed Forces."

The source also noted that the West "associates the supply of long-range missiles to Ukraine with their practical use effectiveness."

The source affirmed that "NATO countries transferring such weapons are well aware that Vladimir Zelensky's regime employs terrorist tactics, targeting civilian sites on Russian territory with these missiles, resulting in the death of unarmed Russian citizens."

Earlier, the Russian Federation Council expressed its protest against the West's continued supply of weapons to the Kyiv regime, which are used to kill civilians and target civilian infrastructure in Russia.

It should be noted that Russia had previously sent a note to NATO countries regarding weapon supplies to Ukraine.

In that note, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that "any shipment that includes weapons directed to Ukraine will become a legitimate target for Russia."

Furthermore, the Russian military operation in Ukraine continues, with the Russian army thwarting Kyiv forces' attempts to breach its defenses on various fronts, inflicting significant losses in equipment and personnel.
