The Belgian newspaper Voetbal24 claimed that Al Ahly Swiss coach René Weiler, could return again "soon" to training in Europe through the Belgian League.

The newspaper stated that "Weiler may suddenly and soon return to the Belgian League, because it seems that he will leave his job at Al Ahly."

It anticipated that he would train the Belgian Koninklijke Atletiek Associatie Gent "Ghent" club, which is still searching for a new coach.

However, Weiler is still leading the Red Devils, but all facts confirm that his relationship with Egyptian club comes to its end.

On their part, Al Ahly confirmed on Friday that they will announce their final decision, regarding Weiler's future on Thursday, as both sides can end their contract without paying the release clause between 1st October and 10th October.

Meanwhile, the Swiss coach has announced the Red Devils' squad for Tanta's clash, a match that will take place at "Al Salam" Stadium at 20:00 CLT.

Al Ahly squad for today's match is as follows:

GoalKeepers: Mohamed El-Shennawi, Mustafa Shobeir, Hamza Alaa

Defenders: Rami Rabi’a, Yasser Ibrahim, Hamdi Fathi, Mohamed Hani, Ayman Ashraf, Ali Maaloul, Mahmoud Wahid

Midfielders: Mahmoud Kahraba, Hussein El-Shahat, Aliou Dieng, Amr El-Soulia, Mohamed Magdi Afsha, Ahmad El-Sheikh, Junior Ajay, Arabi Badr, Mohamed Fakhry.

Forwards: Marwan Mohsen, Aliou Badji

Weiler's departure is certain and is a matter of time, but Al Ahly has not officially announced anything concerning this issue, rather denies all that is reported.
