Mohamed El Darwy, a member of the Board of Directors of the World Employment Confederation (WEC) praised the president’s initiative for human development “A New Beginning to Build Human Being”, stressing the importance of this initiative in enhancing and developing human resources in Egypt.
El Darwy indicated - in a statement Wednesday- that the initiative is a pivotal step to improve the quality of life for citizens by investing in their education, health and developing their capabilities.
He explained that the integration of government efforts to provide services in those fields is an important development.
He pointed out that this initiative focuses on preparing an educated and qualified citizen, capable of contributing to the national economy, noting that the integration of services between different entities not only contributes to achieving social justice, but also enhances opportunities for empowering individuals economically and socially.
He noted that the initiative plays a vital role in developing the Egyptian workforce, as it seeks to raise the efficiency of individuals and qualify them for the labor market.
“This initiative also supports improving the work environment and providing decent job opportunities, which directly contributes to achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs).
El Darwy concluded his remarks by saying, “We at the WEC appreciate these efforts and emphasize the importance of investing in human capital as a basic element in driving growth and achieving comprehensive development.”
