People are now in the summer, with its strong sun and high temperature. Coronavirus still surrounds the public; however, they try to evade it and protect themselves as well as try to enjoy the summer.
Hany ElNazer, Consultant of Dermatology, provided answers to commonly asked questions about the best ways to enjoy our summer in the time of corona.

Light-colored cotton clothing.

Specialist of Dietitian and Nutrition, Gehan El Demerdash also offered tips on how to avoid the hot weather:
1-Try to avoid direct sun exposure for a long period as much as possible.
2- Drink plenty of fluids continuously, to feel moist and never dry.
3- It is preferable not to sit in hot, closed, or crowded places.
4- Drink water throughout the day (no less than 2 liters per day).
5- People should stay at least one-meter distance apart.
6- Children should not be left in cars as well as the car windows should not be closed to the end.
7- Periodic inspection of the automotive cooling system to avoid engine overheating.
