Watch: Two American Policemen Rescue Man from Burning Car

On Monday, two American policemen managed to pull a man from a burning truck moments before it exploded.

According to American media, officers Eduardo Pineda and Chandler Carrera responded to 911 calls about an unconscious man in a burning vehicle with his foot on the gas pedal near an apartment building in Texas.

Speaking to reporters, Officer Pineda said: “As I was running up to the vehicle, one of the citizens started yelling out that he was still in the car. I tried to look inside the window, but there was too much smoke. I couldn’t see anything."

"I ran up to the driver's side door. I tried opening it, but it was locked. So, at that point, I just got my asp and broke the window down in order to be able to look inside. Once I broke the window down, I saw the inpidual inside and went from there," he added.

On the other hand, officer Pineda worked on getting the man out of the vehicle, officer Carrera went to grab a fire extinguisher.

Meanwhile, Carrera is seen using a fire extinguisher on the truck as Pineda tries to wake the man up.

The viral video of this incident shows the police officers pulling him out of the truck, which can be heard exploding seconds later.

Later on, emergency medical workers treated the man.

In response to this viral video, Texas police were recognizing the two officers as heroes after saving a man from the fire.
