Veteran actress and TV presenter, Esaad Younis hosted Tuesday evening actress and singer Sabreen on her program “Sahebat Al-Saada” broadcasts on “DMC” satellite Channel.
During her appearance, Sabreen addressed a number of artistic and personal topics, including the singing Mahraganat (festival) genre at her brother’s wedding for the first time.

Sabreen went viral on the internet after her appearance on the program.
The actress-singer has also made headlines in 2019 when she shared photos of herself on Instagram without her veil (hijab) for the first time in years.
She appeared in the photo with blond hair and without the veil or the wig she used to wear in her artistic work over recent years, which caused a state of controversy among her fans.
It is worth mentioning that Sabreen was born on October 4, 1967, into the household of Akef which excelled at circus stunts.
She is the niece of actress Naeema Akef. Sabreen took part in acrobatics and dancing performances at a young age.
Thereafter, she acquired a degree in philosophy. Sabreen married a businessman and bore him a son.
She co-starred in several television series such as “Halla wa Derwish”, “Layaly El Helmeya”, “Rihlat Abou al-‘Ella al-Bushry” (The Journey of Abou al-‘Ella al-Bushry),“Leilat al-qabd ‘ala Fatma” (The Night of Fatma’s Arrest),“al-Donnia Warda Baydaa”,“Dameer Abla Hekmat” (The Conscience of Mrs. Hekmat),“Omm Kalthoum”, and “Al-liqaa al-Thanee” (The Second Rendezvous), and “‘Ahalina”.
She became known for her latest roles such as TV series “Aljamaea” (Season 2), TV series “Afrah Eblis” (season 2), TV series “ِAfrah El-Qobba”, TV series “El Shak”, TV series “Wadi Al-Molouk”, and TV series “Hamam Shaykh al-Arab”.
Sabreen also co-starred in several stage performances such as “Hammra Gamrra”, and “Atfal al-Shaware’” (Street Children).
The actress is also known for her roles in movies “Gharam al’afaei”,
Sabreen’s latest artistic work is TV series “Fekra b million geneh”, which premiered in Ramadan earlier this year.
It also stars Salah Abdallah, Malak Koura, Sahar El Sayegh, Karim Afifi, Ali Rabee, Walaa el Sherif, Tarek Abdel Aziz, Nermin Maher, and others.
