The Egyptian national team will clash on Saturday against Sudan in the second round of the FIFA Arab Cup group stage as the Pharaohs eye qualifying to the quarter-final.
Egypt need to secure the victory to officially book their ticket in the quarter-final.
The match will kick off at 18:00 CLT. The Pharaohs have drawn alongside Lebanon, Algeria, and Sudan in the Group D.
What is the System of the tournament?
16 teams will be partaking in the tournament, as every four teams pided into four groups. The first two position of each group will qualify automatically for the quarter finals. The quarter finals matches will be held on December 10 and 11.
Then, four teams will reach the semi-final, which will take place on December 15. The final game will take place on December 18.
