Watch: First Trailer for "Those Who Wish Me Dead"

The first trailer for Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie's new movie "Those Who Want Me Dead", was released on Wednesday.

Jolie stars as firefighter Hannah, who is a smokejumper – a firefighter trained to parachute into wildland fires.

The footage featured Hannah helping a young boy named Connor (Finn Little) whose face is covered in blood and on the run from two deadly assassins (Nicholas Hoult and Aidan Gillen) who have already killed his father.

The pair soon find themselves dodging not just bullets, but also a terrifying wildfire started by the assassins.

The movie is from director Taylor Sheridan and based on the novel by the same name by Michael Koryta, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Sheridan and Charles Leavitt.

"Those Who Want Me Dead" is due to hit theaters and HBO Max on May 14.
