Warm weather to prevail on Friday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicted that warm weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, North and South Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Friday.

It is also predicted that moderate weather to prevail in the Northern Coasts.

Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, said that there will be a chance of light rain prevailing in Cairo, Lower Egypt and Northern Coasts, at intermittent periods.

It is also foreseen that the country will be witnessing mist on some agricultural roads close to water areas, leading to and from Cairo. The mist will also prevail in Lower Egypt and North Upper Egypt.

Extremely cold weather is predicted to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Northern Coasts, North and South Upper Egypt, at night.

Meanwhile, the atmosphere will be cold in South Sinai.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 21C in Cairo, 19C in Alexandria, 18C in Marsa Matruh, 24C in Sohag, 25C in Qena and 26C in Aswan.
