On Wednesday, West Ham United team and fans celebrate capturing the first major championship or European trophy for the first time in 43 years. The team succeded to win Europa Conference League after defeating Fiorentina in the final 2-1.

Starting with the fans, thousands of West Ham United fans took to the streets madly, throwing arms at each other with teary eyes.

Video clips showed supporters cheering at the top of their lungs and jumping on top of each other in joy.

While others, in London, collapsed in tears as the Hammers are crowned champions.

There were hundreds of guys who tore their shirts off as they screamed in celebration, capturing photos of such historical moments.

In Prague, where the game was hosted, West Ham fans stormed into the streets.

On the other hand, West Ham United Coach David Moyes, who captured his first time as a coach at the age of 60 years old, can't back himself to sprinting onto the pitch.

Jarrod Bowen, West Ham United star, said: โ€œWe are just going to go mad,โ€ he said. โ€œI am not going to put any filter on it. I am not going to give a responsible answer. These moments donโ€™t come around often in your career. When that final whistle went, I was just thinking โ€˜yes, this party is going to be crazy.โ€™โ€

Among the emotional moments of the celebrations is the celebration of Moyes father in the playground.
