Very Cold Weather to Prevail across Egypt at Night

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderate weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Thursday.

Moderately hot weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.

The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, Canal Cities, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.

Meteorologist also predicts that the country will experience also a slight rise in temperature by 2 to 3 degrees, until the end of the week.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with southwesterly surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.

Meanwhile, very cold weather is also expected to prevail in most parts of the country, at night.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 18°C in Cairo, 17°C in Alexandria, 16°C in Marsa Matruh, 21°C in Sohag, 22°C in Qena, and 22°C in Aswan.
