The US Embassy in Mali renewed its warning to US citizens of a possible terrorist attack being planned in the Malian capital, Bamako.
The embassay posted on Facebook. that“the possible attack might target government facilities or the city’s airport, as well as places and sites frequented by Westerners, such as diplomatic facilities, hotels and restaurants.”
The US Embassy in Bamako decided to take urgent measures in response to what it described as security threats in Mali, including the application of a curfew on its employees from 11:00 pm until 5:00 a.m daily.
