On Thursday, US tennis star Coco Gauff led the list of 2024 highest-paid female athletes with more than $30 million in earnings.
Tennis continued its domination of the list of highest earners in female sports, with nine of the fifteen highest-paid female athletes in women’s sports, according to sports business analysts Sportico.
Coco Gauff's total prizes were nearly $5 million for winning the WTA Finals in Riyadh, which helped her become the highest-earning women's athlete in 2024 across sports.
The list also included Women's NBA star Caitlin Clark and Team USA gymnastics star and Olympic champion Simone Biles.
