Data released by the U.S. Department of Defense (Pentagon) indicated that the number of American military personnel wounded during the war in Iran reached 365 as of Friday.
According to figures cited by the "Associated Press," the casualties include 247 personnel from the Army, 63 from the Navy, 19 from the Marine Corps, and 36 from the Air Force.
It remains unclear whether these figures include military personnel involved in the reported downing of two warplanes on Friday.
The data also suggests that the majority of the injured, totaling 200 individuals, are non-commissioned officers of middle and senior ranks.
To date, the conflict has claimed the lives of 13 U.S. service members, while the fate of one pilot, whose fighter jet went down in Iran on Friday, remains unknown.
