The United States, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom reaffirmed on Wednesday their shared commitment to ensuring that Iran does not obtain a nuclear weapon.
According to a statement published on the official website of the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio discussed developments regarding the Iranian file with his French counterpart Jean-Noël Barrot, German counterpart Johann Wadephul, and British counterpart David Lammy.
The statement noted that the ministers stressed during the talks the importance of preventing Iran from developing or possessing nuclear weapons.
