Ukraine: Russia Lost More than 20,000 Soldiers Since Start of War

The Ukrainian General Staff said today, Sunday, that Russia has lost 20,300 since the start of the military operation against it on February 24.

In a statement, the Ukrainian General Staff said that 20,300 Russian soldiers were killed, 165 aircraft, 146 helicopters and 773 tanks were destroyed between February 24 and April 17.

It added that 2002 armored vehicles, 127 rocket launchers, 66 air defense systems, and 376 artillery were destroyed during the same period.

On March 25, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that its army had lost 1,351 soldiers in Ukraine
