According to the German magazine "Der Spiegel," Ukraine has requested over 800 reconnaissance drones of the "Vector" type from the company "Quantum Systems."
The magazine noted that Company director Florian Seibel visited Ukraine last week along with Robert Habeck, Germany's Deputy Chancellor for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection.
Seibel stated that Kyiv has expressed interest in purchasing 812 reconnaissance drones and has submitted a request to Ukraine's headquarters at the German Ministry of Defense.
It's worth mentioning that the German company "Quantum Systems" has opened a factory and design center in Ukraine.
The company plans to invest up to 6 million euros in production capabilities in Ukraine over the next two years.
Currently, a maintenance center affiliated with the company operates in Ukraine, responsible for the maintenance of drones, training specialized experts in their use, and overseeing logistical affairs.
