Ukraine: 32,500 Russian Soldiers Killed Since Start of War

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced, on Tuesday, that about 32,500 Russian soldiers and officers have been killed since the start of the Russian military operation on February 24, including about 200 soldiers yesterday.

In a statement, the general staff said that the army "also destroyed 1,434 enemy tanks, 3,503 armored combat vehicles, 721 artillery systems, 229 missile launchers, 213 warplanes, 179 combat helicopters, and 588 high-level operational and tactical UAVs, 125 cruise missiles, 13 warships, 2,473 trucks including tankers, and 54 special equipment units.

The statement added that "the enemy incurred the largest losses in the past 24 hours in the Bakhmut area."

In another context, pro-Kyiv forces bombed the Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine; As a result, 4 civilians were killed and 22 others wounded.

It is worth mentioning that, Russian forces are now in control of more than 70% of Severodonetsk city.

It also explained that the fighting between Ukrainian forces and Russia in the east of the country is taking place in 35 cities and villages.

"It is on the battlefield in Ukraine that the future rules of this world are being decided along with the boundaries of the possible," Zelensky said via Telegram on Saturday.

"Let us save the whole world from coming back to the times when everything was decided based on the so-called right of might and when certain peoples and their ideas, and many nations, were of no consequence," he added.
