Famous MMA organization UFC released Jairzinho Rozenstruik.
The heavyweight contender was released from the promotion Monday, a few days after his UFC Fight Night 250 loss to Sergei Pavlovich.
The fight was almost one-sided and it was criticized by UFC President Dana White.
Rozenstruik won two of his past three fights.
He made his debut with the promotion in February 2019 as the first fighter from Suriname to grace the UFC octagon.
Rozenstruik didn't comment on his departure.
