Early Sunday, MMA famous promotion UFC organized its UFC 287 Live in Miami for the first time in 20 years.
The last time the UFC touched down in Miami was in April 2003, with an event called “Sudden Impact.”
The show was main evented by the highly anticipated rematch between Alex Pereira and Israel Adesanya for the UFC Middleweight Championship.
The victory of Adesanya over Pereira by knockout was surprising for all UFC fans around the world and reflected the concept of Adesanya's determination and strength to get the title back.
Adesanya's victory was not the only scene of the event that trended the whole night as MMA icon Jorge Masvidal announced retiring from fighting.
