Get to Know Abu Dhabi's UFC 280 Results

On Saturday, UFC stars collided in a new series of the leading MMA promotion's UFC 280 in Abu Dhabi.

The event was headlined by Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev in a contest for the Undisputed UFC Lightweight titles. Makhachev managed to capture the title by submitting Oliveira. 

The show also was co-main evented by bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling defending his title against the former two-time bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw. 

Sterling succeeded in retaining his title at the event.
