UEFA officially unveiled the new ball for the UEFA Champions League, which will make its first appearance during rounds seven and eight of the league phase of the competition.

In a report published on its official website, UEFA explained that the new ball celebrates a 25-year partnership with the tournament’s official sponsor.

The number “25” features prominently on the design, symbolizing the long-standing relationship between the sponsor, the Champions League, and the players who have helped shape the competition’s rich history.

UEFA stated that the new ball maintains the highest playing standards and uses the same thermally bonded, seamless construction found in recent official Champions League match balls.

This design ensures outstanding performance, offering optimal accuracy, consistency, and control in all playing conditions.

Egypt national team captain and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah appeared in the promotional campaign for the new ball alongside a group of Champions League legends.

The lineup included iconic figures such as Zinedine Zidane, Lionel Messi, Toni Kroos, Jude Bellingham, Ousmane Dembélé, and Lamine Yamal, all united around the ball that represented many of their defining moments on Europe’s biggest stage.

The campaign highlights 25 years of Champions League history while also looking ahead to future generations, with the new ball serving as a symbol of the tournament’s enduring legacy and continued evolution.
