UAE's Star, Egyptian Guitarist to Feature in “Mawazine”

UAE star Hussien Al-Jasmi will be the final singer of Mawazine’s 18th edition “Rhythms of the World” in Morocco; he will be accompanied by the Egyptian guitarist, Wahed Mamdouh, in Rabat on Saturday 29 June.

Mamdouh participated in “International Musical Day” at Dubai Opera’s Theater organized by the French Culture Association in Dubai.

During the event, he presented a collection of classical international pieces from his own vision such as ‘How deep is your love’, ‘Shape of you’, ‘All of me’ and a new version of Omar Khairat musical track ‘100 years of Cinema’.

The Egyptian guitarist is preparing to be part of a concert for singer Rashed Al-Majed in Jeddah.

Mawazine is a Moroccan annual festival which started in 2001 with the organization of the societal association called “Morocco Culture”.

 

The audience of the concert amount to 2 million every year. This year the festival hosts a number of International and Arabic singers such as Mayada El-Henawy.
