The series is scripted by writer and journalist Ibrahim Eissa and directed by Mando.
Karim, was born December 18, 1974, in Alexandria, Egypt to an Egyptian father and Russian mother. She has drawn attention to her in 2006 for her refusal to portray seductive roles.
