Egyptian actor, Youssef El Sherif is participating in Ramadan 2021 with TV series “Covid-25”.
The series is written by El Sherif’s wife, author and screenwriter Engy Alaa, directed by Ahmed Nader Galal, and produced by Synergy production company.
In a statement on Saturday, Alaa unveiled that “Covid-25” would only consist of 15 episodes due to the special preparations that the production needs to suit its nature, noting that it will require double time and effort as well as a huge budget to be produced in the required image.
“Covid-25” marks the fourth cooperation between El Sherif and Synergy after “Kafr Delhab”, “Caesar”, and “The End”.
The actor participated last Ramadan with TV series “The End“, which faced many rumors, including an accusation of plagiarism.
