Tunisian Ons Jabeur qualified for the final 8-round of Roland Garros, Saturday, after defeating Serbian Player Olga Danilović.
Jabeur captured a 2-1 win against the Serbian star in a 2-hour contest.
Jabeur will face Bernarda Pera, tomorrow.
Jabeur is the first African woman to reach a Grand Slam singles final last year after defeating Tatjana Maria in the Wimbledon 2022 semi-finals.
Jabeur celebrated her victory on Twitter and sent a special message to Maria; "You were amazing. An inspiration for all women athletes out there!"
"I'm a proud Tunisian woman standing here," said Jabeur. "It's a dream come true from years of work and sacrifice. I'm happy that's paid off and I'll continue for one more match."
