Tunisia to Face NZ Tonight to Determine Capital Cup Tournament 3rd Place Holders

Tonight, Tunisia will face New Zealand in the third game of the international tournament of the NAC Cup.

The game will determine the holders of the third place of the tournament.

Tunisia will face New Zealand under the coaching of their temporary coach Anis Boussaïdi who aims to gain the trust of the Tunisians after their defeat to the third-place holders of the 2022 FIFA World Cup bronze medals.

In addition, Carthage Eagles are searching for a victory to enhance their self-confidence ahead of the 2025 AFCON qualifiers. 

Tunisia lost to Croatia by penalties 5-4 on Saturday. 

On the other hand, New Zealand lost to Egypt 1-0 in the opening game of the tournament.

The Capital Cup is the first international tournament to be hosted at the New Administrative Capital Stadium, and it is part of the first-ever FIFA Series events.
