Naim Sliti scored the closing goal in the second minute of extra time, giving his team the lead and much needed momentum boost ahead of their super clash with the Teranga Lions on Wednesday.

Madagascar is considered by many to be the Dark Horses of the tournament, they upset Nigeria with two goals in the group stages and qualified through the last 16 after defeating Dr. Congo.
