Tuchel Announces 1st Squad List as England's Coach for 2026 FIFA W Cup Qualifiers

On Friday, Thomas Tuchel announces his first squad list as England's coach for the upcoming round of 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Tuchel's list witnessed a return of Marcus Rashford to the England squad after his long absence from the Three Lions.

Rashford suffered from hard times with Manchester United after the arrival of Ruben Amorim, however, he presented an outstanding performance after moving to Aston Villa during January's transfer window.

Tuchel also called up Jordan Henderson in the squad. The former Liverpool midfielder's was called from Ajax.

Arsenal's Myles Lewis-Skelly and Newcastle United's Dan Burn were also called up, however, Ollie Watkins missed out on a spot due to a knee injury.

Both Declan Rice, Jude Bellingham, and Harry Kane, who is expected to lead the team, are also included in the squad list. 

Regarding the full list of the team, it is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Dean Henderson (Crystal Palace), Jordan Pickford (Everton), Aaron Ramsdale (Southampton), James Trafford (Burnley)

Defenders: Dan Burn (Newcastle United), Levi Colwill (Chelsea), Marc Guehi (Crystal Palace), Reece James (Chelsea), Ezri Konsa (Aston Villa), Myles Lewis-Skelly (Arsenal), Tino Livramento (Newcastle United), Jarell Quansah (Liverpool), Kyle Walker (AC Milan, loan from Manchester City)

Midfielders: Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid), Eberechi Eze (Crystal Palace), Jordan Henderson (Ajax), Curtis Jones (Liverpool), Cole Palmer (Chelsea), Declan Rice (Arsenal), Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa)

Forwards: Jarrod Bowen (West Ham United), Phil Foden (Manchester City), Anthony Gordon (Newcastle United), Harry Kane (Bayern Munich), Marcus Rashford (Aston Villa, loan from Manchester United), Dominic Solanke (Tottenham Hotspur).
