US President Donald Trump said American forces, working alongside Israel, have destroyed 24 Iranian vessels in just three days, as part of ongoing military operations against Iranian targets.
Speaking in remarks carried by US media outlets, Trump said the joint campaign is aimed at what he described as “completely destroying the enemy inside Iran.”
The president emphasized that the United States possesses the most powerful military force in the world, adding that recent strikes have inflicted significant damage on Iran’s military infrastructure.
According to Trump, the attacks successfully destroyed a large portion of Iran’s missile capabilities, dealing what he described as a severe blow to the country’s defense systems.
He said the scale of destruction caused by the strikes could leave Iran needing at least ten years to rebuild its military capacity, based on current assessments.
The comments come amid a sharp escalation in military tensions between Iran on one side and the United States and Israel on the other, with both sides continuing to exchange strikes across the region.
